Chandler thanks so much for the info. I am really trying to find out why all the books and Trees have him as dying 24 Feb 1849.

Apparantly my Frederick matches the DNA for s/o Shadrack/Shadrick even though he lived until 1863 and died in Troup Co GA.

This one little decrepency has kept me from using the Shadrick/Frederick connection for the past 20 yrs. Somewhere in the records wires were crossed, I'm just trying to uncross them now so I can go forward with my final research.
