You all seem to have left out my ggGrandfather William Jones b.1830 and possibly a twin to Sarah. Frederick was born in South Carolina ca, 1800 and d. in Macon Co. 10 Feb 1864. He m. Martha Marsh/Naish in Houston Co., Ga. on 11 Apr 1828. She was born in SC ca. 1808. Both died and are buried in Macon or Twiggs Co., GA. I believe his father is William Jones of SC born 13 Sep 1780 and Lavanna/Lavinia ? of Somerset, MD. Their children were: Frederick, Archwell, William Britton, Lavanna, Ezekiel and Sophia E. Jones. William's father was Britain Jones b. Abt. 1754 in possibly NC and died in the Old 94th District, SC. William Jones b. 1830 in Houston Co., GA. was also in the War Between the States and was wouned in the Battle of Stones River (Murfreesboro, TN.) and eventually had his leg amputated in Rome, GA. He died in St. Clair Co., AL in 1903. His 1st wife, my ggGrandmother was Mary Skaggs and after her death he m. Annie Blackburn.
