The Lumpkin County rootsweb site shows a marriage listed between Beny Magness and Matha Frady on page 145 of Lumpkin County Marriage Book "B". You might try writing or calling the Lumpkin Courthouse in Dahlonega to see if they can check that page and mail you a copy or can look it up and tell you the date. I'm pretty sure all those records are kept in the Clerk of Probate office. They may charge a fee, but it would be cheaper than gas prices for the trip.
I hope you're doing well on the Seabolt/Frady/Magness family history. I've found some interesting things lately that I may need to email to you. Has your email address changed lately? I think I still have it from around 2006.
