Thanks for the reply to my message. I do have a copy of the Dahlonega Nugget Microfilm but the May 27, 1898 issue is missing. I have also looked at the other microfilms of other papers for that time period and have not found an Obituary for William Cicero Stargel and his son, Ethemine (Ethan), who died about ten day before William Cicero died. W.C.'s ( William Cicero's) brother, Charles Wesley Stargel wrote obituaries for most of his relatives when they died so I believe he did the same for Cicero and Ethemine. I think it is in the missing issue of the Dahlonega Nugget. I have also looked at Jimmy Anderson's book "Deaths, Murders and Lynchings Abstracted from Lumpkin County, Georgia Newspapers". The information I am looking for is not in either volume ( I or II ) of his book. He does mention the death of William Cicero and Ethan but it is only a few lines. I do believe that Charles Wesley Stargel would have written an Obituary for his brother and nephew just as he did for the others that passed away in the Stargel family during that time. He posted those articles in the Dahlonega Nugget. I have researched most of the material at the Dahlonega Library but have not found the obituary I am looking for. Thanks Thomas Stargel
