Hi, I have recently found a relative from Lincoln county by using the archives of the Augusta Chronicle newspaper. This paper is online and for a fee you can search very old papers. Lincoln county must have used it as a paper of record for legal notices in the 1800's so people researching their lines in your county might want to try this service. The web site for your county might be able to add these records also. Thanks for your help in my research in Lincoln county. I hope to visit there someday.... Candace Jeffers Smith
