Balaam Bentley Leather Tannery

I am searching for information about the location of the Leather tannery of Balaam Bentley. It is said that the town of
Leathersville was named for this tannery. Balaam Bentley passed this tannery along to his two sons, Dr. John Bentley and
Benjamin B. Bentley, in his will Probated March 4, 1816. Later John Bentley bought out his brother's share and became sole owner and operator of the tannery. Dr. John Bentley died December 22, 1867. I am trying to determine if this tannery was located on the property of Balaam Bentley. Please contact me if you have ANY information about Balaam Bentley, Dr. John Bentley, or the Tannery.
