Can anyone check for (and copy a will or estate records)in Liberty County Georgia for two people? l. Frank Richard Kovalenko who died on October 28, 1998. (2) Perry P. Wells who died in 2005. Both were residents of Liberty County Georgia and if wills are available they will be located in Liberty County Courthouse. Perry P. Wells lived at 117 Court Dr., Midway, GA.
