Libery Co road direction help needed.

I'v found reference to a locale in Liberty Co in 1870 and need help to determine where the road is today. I am worried it may be under Fort Stewart. From a family history: "He married Ella Virginia Daniel about 1870. Her home was located on the road from Taylors Creek to Thomas Hill. They lived in the Strum Bay area. ..(her) father was Little Berry Daniel." Anyone have any idea where Thomas Hill or Strum Bay may have been ? Thanks, Jim
