In the History of Lee County Book, the following Kerseys are buried at Adams Station Methodist Church Cemetery at US Hwy 19- Neyami Community:
Arrie Kersey, w/o Andrew H. Bass 1841-1901;
Sim Kirsey (unmarked grave)son of Goodman & Nannie Kirsey, aged 65 yrs. No date-6/28/1936; Sallie Nebraska, dau of A.H. & A.K. Bass 1869-1891; Elmo, son of A.H. & A.K. Bass 1873-1891. I will continue to search thru the cemetery listings. But in the meantime, there are several Kerseys (Kirseys) in the book.
