Trial of Elijah Barber Jones Co. 1837

I am looking for some documentation of the trial of Elijah Barber that occurred in Jones County GA in 1837. He was tried on attempting to swindle the heirs of a Jesse L. Bunkley of their inheritance. My understanding is that family members of Elijah Barber's family were subpoenaed to the trial, but did not testify. I have heard the family members that were subpoenaed were his Father & Mother (John & Mary Barber) and brothers Wiley, William Elisha and Sampson. One sister named Mary Ann Barber. I am trying to find a publication that provides the names of these family members that were subpoenaed to the trial. Maybe some of you Jones County Historians are familiar with this trial. I have found some publications that reference the trial and gives some transcripts of the testimony of many of the witnesses, but I have not found a publication that lists Elijah Barber's family members that were subpoenaed to the trial. Any help in this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Benny Barber
