In Woodson DANIEL's 1791 Will filed in Wake County, NC, he says he leaves that legacy to the "heirs of William LITTLE," which means to me that William LITTLE and he wife, possibly a daughter of Woodson DANIEL, are dead by 1791 and all that remains are their children. What's your take on what Woodson DANIEL said in his will?
If you read the will you will also see that the James DANIEL, who married another CLEMENTS gal, lived later (as I remember)in Jackson County, GA. This James DANIEL is reported to be a son of Woodson DANIEL, Sr. but he was also not mentioned in his father's will.
