Am looking for census records or other information about this couple. He was a circuit preacher for the Baptist Association and was sent to Hazelhurst area to start new churches. They had sons: William Walker Maddox, Henry Thornton (my grandfather), Joseph Maddox, and Boyce Maddox. Joseph died due to injuries while inspecting a bridge being built in Augusta, GA. He may be buried in Hazelhurst. Their daughters were Fannie, Mary Elizabeth (Lizzie), Mattie Lou, Tilden, and Lola. Lola and Boyce may also be buried in Hazelhurst. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
