I have a Sarah Ann Campbell born 10 May 1829 who married David Colensworth Jones 23 Jan 1851. Sarah died 21 Jun 1886 and is buried next to David on the family plantation (per Jewel Motes Lancaster, JASPER CO GA CEMETERY AND BIBLE RECORDS). It is possible that she was living with the family of Seaborn J Shie in 1850. A Sarah Cammel of the right age was listed with the Shies on the 1850 Jasper Co Census. There is also a John Cammel age 17 living in the same household. Do you have ANY information on your Mary Campbell that might connect her to my Sarah? I have no other info on Sarah or her ancestry.
