Charles and Offie can be found in Jasper County, GA between 1846 and 1860. They moved to Muscogee, GA around 1862. I'm trying to find out if the Fox family is from Jasper County, GA, but I don't know Orphea's parent's names.

Georgia, Jasper County
I do certify that Charles Cooley and Orphea Fox were duly joined matrimony (sic) by me this Twelfth day of August 1846. Wily Philips J.P.C.
Recorded this 18th May 1846
He was a farmer and his land valued at $500 in 1850.
