I too am interested in the John Jones you have mentioned. I wonder if he is the same John Jones who inherited land from Lott Ivie in 1812 Jasper Co GA.
Do you have any additional info on him?

Regarding Seaborn Jones, I think he was related to Lucy Jones who married Ivy Hill. I will check my records and get back to you. I have not researched the Hill line myself but have computer cousins who have done a terrific job. I will check the info they have sent me and post it here if you think it is the same Seaborn.
