I also am researching the Binns family in Jasper Co., as well as Wilkes Co. My GG grandfather was Milton A. Binns of Drew Co. Arkansas. His father was Burwell of Jasper Co., and his father was also named Burwell. I'm a little confused beyond that as to whether or not the Binns' of Jasper Co. and Wilkes Co. are two separate families or one in the same. Based on the information I've come across they are separate families.
