Can someone go to the courthouse for a lok-up for me?

George Ray lived in Jasper co Ga and died I believe about 1819 but it might have been later. I called the courthouse and they said they had an index that went back to 1811. They said all the land owners were listed and that it would show who the owner sold the land to or if the land owner died who received the land. It would seem like I would have to find a will or letters of administration for George Ray to find who he left the land to so I might not have understood the part about the record showing who inherited the land when he died being listed in the land office in the Jasper co Ga courthouse in the deed office or the land office. I will pay a fee if someone has some knowledge or where to search for these records and will go to the courthouse to make me a copy. I live in Texas so maybe someone that lives in Jasper co Ga can help. Thanks
