LuDicey Kelly, 1795, m. Leroy Williams 11/18/1811 in Jasper Co..

Hello, Jasper Co. people. I am seeking more information about my great, great grandmother, LuDicey (or Dicey, as her marriage listing shows) Kelly, who married Leroy Williams on 11/18/1811. They were probably married in a Primitive Baptist Church, because they joined, by letter, a Primitive Baptist church in Carroll Co., where the moved. This was New Hope Primitive Baptisy Church, and their letter came from the Sweetwater Church in old Cambell Co.They took up land near Villa Rica, and are buried 1/2 mile east of State Rd. 61 on the Bay Springs road. This is a private Williams cemetery, which was on their land.
Dicey may have had a sister, Celia, who married Eli Strickland in Jasper Co. in 1816. This couple also came to Carroll Co.
I am seeking information about Dicey's (and Celia's?) father and mother, ancestors. She may have been born in S.C. Celia said later she was born in GA. Any leads will help, and will be appreciated. Bill Mitchell
