Searching for any data on surname Hamons, any spelling, from GA. My g-father Weymon Flemming Hamons b.1892, listed Jasper Co GA as birthplace, father-Sid or Sidney Hamons, mother-Ida Garrett. Possibly 1 sister Kate and a brother, no name given, killed in train accident in GA in early 1900s. Weymon is listed in Clay Co AL 1920 census, married Maudie Elizabeth Horn, B.1885 Jones Ga.
