I am looking for a James Adams, but I think he was born in 1836 in Elbert County. Part of Elbert Co. became Hart Co. in 1852. James was on the 1850 Elbert Co census, but his mother Faith Ann and all of the children except Hiram, a brother of James, disappeared on the 1860 census in Elbert. I think they may have been in what became Hart Co. Any info on Faith Ann and her children James, J, W, S, H and C would be appreciated.
Al Adams
