African American Teasley's
Posted by: Teasley (ID *****3823) Date: July 16, 2012 at 21:44:10

Good Evening,

Please provide additional details around the origin of the African American Teasley's in Hart Co. Do we know where it all started? Were they named after the family name of the slave owner or was the name original? There are stories of African American Teasley's coming from England. Do you know of any truth to that?

Thanks

Derek
