I work at the Hart County Library. I am sorry you received inadequate service the day you came to our library. We are a small library with a very limited staff. Most of our staff is not trained to deal with Genealogy questions as they are part-time staff.

I am the only person on staff who can handle most genealogy questions. And if I am in the office I would gladly help you get started finding the information that you need. And teach you to use the resources we have. The day you came in I must not have been in the office.

Give us a second chance.
