I am searching for any trace of my gggrandfather, Aaron Oliver, and his family who lived in the Harris/Muscogee area from l840 to l860. Aaron was married to "Penny" Wood (her real name may have been Elizabeth).
Their known children were: Martha, Matilda, Isabella, and William G. (my ggrandfather). I believe there were other children, mainly girls, who married into local families. I would like to contact one of their descendants. I am guessing that one of their daughters may have been Jeanette Oliver who married Richard Pool in Muscogee County in l842. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am at a dead end.
