A lady I went to high school with is named
Tami Chappell. She contacted me about the
surname of Webb... Now, the Webb family is
around Troup, or Randolph(Ala)... But, my
own Halman grandmother born Harris Co 1900
around the county line that changed. Some
of those families came north a bit, and
to Ala. But, I have not been to see about
records in Harris County yet. My grandmother
lived in Troup County, so the Halmans came
from somewhere. I will point this out to
Tami C.
