MATTIE L. CREWS (daughter of JAMES A. and Mollie E. L. Todd Crews) was born March 03, 1879 in Douglas Co., GA, and died September 19, 1943 in Haralson Co., GA. She married WILLIAM G. WRIGHT. He was born September 24, 1879 in Heflin, Ala., and died May 03, 1962 in Haralson Co., GA. Both buried at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery, Breman, Haralson Co., GA.
Notes for MATTIE L. CREWS:
When Mattie was grown, after helping to raise her brothers and sisters, she married William G. Wright and they lived next to the Corinth church between Breman and Temple in Haralson county, Georgia. They were members of The Corinth Church. Both are buried in the cemetery of the Corinth Church.
They raised eleven children, two boys, Lee and Curtis, and nine girls, Gussie, Fannie Alma, Jessie, Viola Lucile, Catherine, Bessie, Alberta, Ethel, and Edna.
