Betty,
I wanted to make sure you got my posts on the Shadrix in Haralson County. I also wanted to let you know as I was researching the Dean family surname in Carroll County, I came across some other Shadrix at Abilene Baptist Church Cemetery in Temple, GA. Do you know if you have any Deans in your line? They are buried next to each other. It was dark and I couldn't take a picture but there are some Shadrix very near the Deans I am trying to connect with. It goes: Section 2, Row $, Shadrix, Johnny Steve, Sr born 1/22/1930 and died 6/7/1999 QM 3, US Coast Guard, Korea, Shadrix, Shadrix, Gloria Jean born 10/3/1930, Bearden, Guy C born 7/16/1924, died 1/19/1996, Bearden, Mary H born 3/1/1933, McKenzie, Rev J.E born 3/31/1930 died 12/6/2003, McKenzie, Lorene Lands (no dates given) and then Dean J.D. born 11/10/1914; died 6/22/2000. Then Hendersons after that.
I am not sure if there is any connection to the people they are buried beside and could be coincidental
