Lazarus Owens, son of William Owens and Margaret Tilley, was born 1818 in Haywood Co., NC or Rabun Co., GA. He moved to Arkansas after 1860. I have not found him in Arkansas records. I doubt that he married in Haralson Co., GA as reported by one researcher. I have information on Owens, Eaves, Camp, and Marshall families, families related to the Anderson Owens family of Haralson County, Georgia. Anderson was a brother of Lazarus Owens.
