UPDATE on Piney Woods Church - HELP!!!!`

I have been trying to for over a year now get information on the ownership of the Piney Woods Primitive Baptist Church. I have been told by several people that the New Hope Primitive Baptist Church Association had given a deed signed by Tom Murphy (ex-speaker of the House) to the new pastor there by the name of David McKenzie. So I took it upon myself to contact Tom Murphy. He has told me by phone and also by a written letter that the New Hope Primitive Baptist Church STILL holds the title to the property AND that it has not been sold to anyone.

Now for my next question! How can someone built on property that they do not own? This pastor is suppose to be paying rent to use the church, which accordingly he is not doing. He has not taken it upon his self to build a new church on the Piney Woods Church Property!

PLEASE, if anyone else in interested in saving this old church please contact me! I want to stop the pastor from tearing down the old church! Please contact me!
