Joseph Carr's will 1809 Hanc. Co

I am not a Carr Descendant, but I found this in a "Misc. Estates of Hancock County, Ga. Book F," Microfilm Drawer 51, box 63...Ga. State Archives.
The will popped out at me because of some former research I have done on Robert Carr of either Muscogee county, or near it. I am so sorry, I have forgotten exactly which county it was. I felt like you Carr researchers should see this. I found it on page 232 of that estate book.
I have abstracted it. Anyone who needs more can use the reference above for getting a copy of the original. Hope this helps!*****
Will of Joseph Carr. Wife Phebe [lots of items], son William Carr. Mentions land in Jones County, and a tract of land in Morgan County that he drew in the land lottery. Grandson William Carr. Also Robert Carr's son. [I could not tell from the way it was worded whether William was Robert's son, or whether there was another grandson who was Robert's son....jeb.]
William Carr, the son of the testator, was to have first choice in land. Next Rolly Spincks [sic] and then John Williams third choice of the 3 tracts adjoining each other in Jones County. Joseph Carr wanted the lot he drew in Morgan Co. in the lottery to be sold and money divided between "William Carr, my son, and Rolley Spinks, my son-in-law." He appointed William Carr and Benjamin Sanford "of this county" [Hancock] his sole executors. Witnesses: William Carr, Benjamin Sanford, and John M. Bullock. The will was signed November 13, 1809.
On January 8, 1811, Phebe Wallace acknowledged "myself fully satisfied, and give up all rights, titles etc. that were not mentioned in my husband Joseph Carr's will."
Abram Wallace signed in right of his wife. William Carr signed his receipt of inheritance and satisfaction on January 8, 1811. ROBERT CARR signed on January 11, 1811, "fully satisfied of my full part of my deceased FATHER Joseph Carr's estate." Also Rolly Spinks signed on January 8, 1811.
