There was an older James living in Hancock County, b. ca l7l3-l8. Also, a Radford Jordan, which is possibly a brother to your James. Radford's grandson, Benjamin Lawrence Jordan married into my Jordan line in Hardin County, Texas. Radford migrated to the Conecuh-Covington Co., Ala area. It has been suggested by a distant cousin
of mine the Radford was related to my line. I have yet to
make a connection. Radford did have a son named James.
