Request information on parents of Permelia Kemp,(b.Sept 17, 1816 in Georgia, d. July 18, 1880 in Gwinnett Cty). Married in 1836 to Joshua Coggin/Coggins (b.1815, d.Dec 7, 1878). Both are buried in Bethada Methodist Church cemetery in Lawrenceville, GA. Children were: William M., Mary A., Nancy C., James F., Marth W., John Q., Elsberry, and Louisa.
