Chapman/Monfort marriage, 1874-1900

I am trying to find info about my ggrandfather's second wife. She was a 'widow named Mrs. Chapman from Plainville'. My ggrandfather was named John Corry Monfort. His first wife died in 1874 and he died in 1900 with the 2nd wife dying a couple of years later. Her children from the Chapman marriage supposedly inherited the "Monfort Family Bible", so I need to start locating it, if it is still in existance, by tracing her. Any info or advise will be greatly appreciated.
