Walker - Southern Junctions, Georgia

I am trying to locate the graves of John Watson Walker (b.1876) and his wife Theo (b. abt. 1884). I find Theo in the 1920 Census noting she is a widow; John and Theo are in the 1910 Census. My assumption is John died between 1910-1920. John worked for the railroad and the census locations they lived in both 1910 and 1920 is Southern Junctions, Glynn County, Georgia. Does anyone know where this community is located in Glynn County and what possible cemeteries they might be buried in? Thanks in advance, Marty Walker Branch
