Could this have been Brumlow Bowen who married Lorrie Sisson? Dis thay have a daughter name Carrie? Was there a Bessie Bowen and a Alvy Bowen. I f this is the family and they did live in the Mountaintown area, I believe I can help you. I can put in touch with Carries Great Grand Children. Carrie married my Uncle William Pinkney "Pink" Taylor Silvester Langley. I even have some pictures of Carrie.
