1930 Gilmer Co., GA census
Boardtown, Dist. 5/sheet 2-B
April 21, 1930

Lafayette H. Worley 28y (m.@23y)
Dorothy M. Worley 23y (m.@18y)
Mary M. 3 2/12

there are two other Worley families on this sheet.

In the IGI on there it lists a John T. Ward md. Sarah E. Killian and that he died in 1869, md. @1866, but this needs further investigation.

Charles Jackson Ward md. Mary Arrowood 9 Dec. 1888 in Murray Co., GA.

Sarah Elizabeth Killian parents in the IGI Andrew Jackson Killian and Mehalia Reeves and another two sources gives Mahalia's name as Sanders, more research to make sure! This family is in the 1850 and 1860 Gilmer Co., GA census.

To complicate further, it gives that Sarah E. was married in Cassville, Cass GA..there isn't a Cass County and on my map, I couldn't find Cassville.

source:1850/1860 Gilmer Co., GA census (I own) 1880 census, & I subscribe for census.

Also, there is a story on the Andrew Jackson Killian family in the Heritage of Gilmer Co. with some great info and the person who sent in the story. This may help most of all!
