Kaye,

I am also looking for a Bearden ancestor. Her name is
Mary Bearden who married Archibald McCay. They also made
their home in Gilmer County, Ga. Would love to find out
the parents of Mary. She was born abt. 1815 South Carolina.
They were married November 16, 1837 Lumpkin Co., Ga.
