My gr-gr-grandfather Fred Pierce (a blind man) was stabbed to death by W.R. Wells on Feb. 3rd 1902. Is there any way to look at a police report of that incident from that far back? Would they still be kept on file? I have found the court record where W.R. Wells appealed the conviction based on the fact that Fred Pierce was a small, slight man, but nothing else about my gr-gr-grandfather. I'd also be very interested in where he might be buried? I've tried searching on line to no avail. Thanks!
