Cooper, James C. and Temperance.....

I lost track of James C. Cooper and his wife, the former Temperance E. J. Shelnutt, after their listing in the 1880 GA census in Fulton Co GA in the community of Buck Head.

James was a farmer and his wife was not well due to asthma and liver problems listed in this census.

My question is what is the likely situation of what possible burial within 10 to 20 miles could possibly survived to be mentioned in any researcher`s text on graves registration being published ?
