Court of Ordinary Records

In the book titled Franklin County, Georgia, Court of Ordinary records, 1787 - 1849 compiled by Martha Walters Acker, on page 155, is a mention of orphans of Francis Garner in which a John Burgess is appointed guardian of a William and George Washington Garner, children of Francis Garner, 4 May 1829. I would like to see the actual records that this book refers to....where would I go to see them? Are they available on line? I think this George Washington Garner may possible be my ancestor......if anyone has any furhter information that could be helpful to me, I would greatly appreciate it.
