Deeds help 1850

I am looking for a record of the executors of the will of George M. Waters in transferring deeds to his grandchildren in his will dated 1851. His exec. were Robert Charlton, Sarah Charlton, A. R. Smith and William Rogers and my son Thomas J. Waters. Also am wondering if this county has title to slaves deed as six were also given to his grand children. Catherine and Harriet Fitts.
The lots were listed as No. 330, 331, 332 and part of lot 36 all within the first district, first section of said county. Any help appreciated. I live in Wisconsin so doing this is not possible at this time.
The slaves were Sawney, Lucy and their children :Bicha, Nanny, August, Ancil and April.
Kathy
