Looking for info on a John Chadwick brn abt 1820'30's NC/GA?,married a Mary Hodgens/Hodgins ect brn abt 1830's SC,died after 1900. John Chadwick may have been a Mason,but don't know if he was a const Mason or a member of a Masonic Lodge. He may have been known as Big John Chadwick the Mtn Man. I believe that he,and Mary had 7 or 8 children with 3 still living as of 1900.possible names John brn abt 1850's Ga,Abraham brn abt 1850's GA,and James Chadwick brn GA.Other names mentioned Robert Chadwick brn abt 1882 GA,and Oliver Chadwick brn abt 1883 GA
Any info on this family would be appreciated.
