the info i have is meager at best...john redwine sr. was born in fayetteville GA lived in fayette co. untill after the civil war, took his family to texas, including john redwine Jr. and his wife nora ellen hill. nora was orphaned by the civil war...any info appreciated. he was my ggggrandfather, john was my gggrandfather, and his son was albert andrew redwine, my greatgrandfather, and his son by sallie amanda moseley was robert f. redwine, who was my grandfather. one of the 2 johns was a brother to squire redwine, and the younger john was half brother to wesley redwine, so that means john sr. was married at least twice.I don't know what happened to squire, but wesley was in tx and ok in the 1930's, along with albert, who died in shawnee ok in 1935.another of john jr.'s son's was named frank , and he had a daughter named america, called merikee, who was in an insane asylum in ok at one time, it is unknown why, or if she died there.john jr. also had a stepson named milton mason, from a second marriage to a widow mason.thank you.
