Delitha Elitha Ginn b 1799 Elbert Co, GA married 18 March 1819 in Elbert, by Levi Teasler JP, my ggggranfather Benjamin Peeler b 5 Feb 1799 Orange County, NC and died 5 July 1877 Jewells, on the Hancock Warren County, Line GA. I believe that Elitha's father may have been Jesse.Benjamin was the son of Abner previously mentioned. Elisha Mack and two of his brothers joined the 25th NC Infrantry and fought for the confederate. Elisha Mack was wounded at Fredrickburg and was recovering at a Hospitan in Richmond and contacted small pox and died there. I have never been able to find a burial place for him but suspect that he may have been buried on the Hospital grounds in a mass grave because small pox was so easy transmitted. His two brother survived the was and came home afterwards.

Cader was the son of Samuel Peeler...Who was the son of Benjamin Peeler b 1750. This Benjamin was the father of Abner Peeler b 13 July 1773. Cader had 10 daughter...

Sarah B Peeler b March 1825 and she died after 1 Jan 1900 married 25 March 1845 in Elbert Co Andrew Brown Ginn b 1828 Elbert Co, GA and he died before 1870. I believe that Andrew's father was JesseI have 7 children for this couple another daughter.....

Mary Ann Peeler b 1839 Elbert, died after 2 June 1880 Athens, Clarke County, GA married ca 1863 Jesse Gunn b 1838 GA and he died after 2 June 1880 (he was in the 1880 census) They had 6 children, all born in Athens, Clarke County, GA. I don't know who Jesse's parents are

So you see there is a solid connection between the Ginn/Gunn family and Peelers and I believe they may have migrated from NC to GA with each other or nearly at the same time. The Ginn/Gunn family has been a little hard for me to research.
