Our family records indicate that ancestors John RENTZ and Barbara UNSELT married. IGI records indicate this marriage took place on November 26, 1754 in Ebenezer, Effingham County, Georgia. (Salzburgers) One of their daughters was Hannah C. RENTZ (perhaps her full name is Johanna Christiana RENTZ), born November 23, 1761, who married Peter Samuel MILLER February 20, 1787. My family records indicate they all came from Salzburg, by way of Amsterdam & London. The passage to Oglethorpe's Colony in Ga. was provided by the London Bible Society. I believe the ship was the Ann. Would anyone out there have additional info on these people?
