Dear Marie;

I want to thank you for replying to my message. My Grandfather was from Germany, that was what I have been told all my life. I have been able to track him from when he got to America. He arrived here on Jan. 14, 1894 from Bremen, Germany. We never knew his fathers or mothers name. We know he had 11 brothers and sisters. We do not know where in Germany he was born. My Dad told me that his Dad could not speak English very good. They could not understand him.

If I can be of any help please let me know.

Sorry I took so long to answer you back.

Thank you
Celia
