Beth, I checked with John Kelly @ Court House. They started keeping records in early 1900 & they were not complete. If you would like, call him @ 912-374-3775. He did say you will have to request copy in writing with a fee of $10.00 for each search & copy. If they are not filed in Eastman, they could possibly be filed in Atlanta. Hope this helps, gladys
