Thank you, Bernice, I saved it and have opened it to read it in big print since my glasses are at the optomitrist's office today - getting new lens.
It was exciting to see the whole ad and all about the home on Ashby St. I wonder if D.C. Allen, Administrator is who the family called "Claude" - I don't have ANY information on him. Maybe he is Dennis Claude instead of like his father Dennis Collins...so he wouldn't be a junior, if that were true.
My grandmother didn't talk much about any of the brothers, except I did know she mentioned "Major" from time to time.
I understand that some of the brothers "went west" to Texas or other places.
