Thanks Bernice - great info! I found out that Antoinette's father's name is Martin Luther Brantley - they may have originally been part of the German immigrants of Rhine,GA.
With a name like that - had to be!

I have printed our your info and added it all to my files.
You were most kind to put it all on this forum and I hope it will help others trying to reasearch the Brantley family and the Chester family, too.
