Are you sure that Dennis Allen knew the Brantleys before his marriage to Tiny? If the census data on the following family is correct Dennis, Orpha and Antionette Allen with children Hazel, Lula; then I wouldn't think that Dennis knew the Brantleys when his Lula was born in Minnesto. Of course this may not be the correct family.
So if Hazel was born in Rhine Ga in 1915, then sometime between 1910 and 1920 the family left Fulton and moved to Dodge County or Tiny went home to family to have the baby. Looks like Tiny and Dennis married abt 1909. It wasn't in Dodge County as I have the marriage listings for that County. Would assume that the marriage was in the Atlanta area.

There was a Dennis C. Allen who died in Dade County Fla in 1928. Also an Antoinette Elizabeth Allen died there in Jn of 1996.
Give me your e-mail. I found a real estate ad where D C Allen is trying to sell property belong to Orpha Allen, deceased, at 143 Ashby Ave in Atlanta in 1909, it describes the house. I'll send you a copy.

If the dob of Feb 1850 in the 1900 census and he and Orpha had been married 21 years, this could be them in 1880..
