the family listed below was found in
Decatur County, GA in 1850
and in Miller County, GA in 1860. In 1860, they are
listed with four girls (age 9, 4, 3 and 3/12). This Emeline Harrell Fenn might
be the daughter of Dempsey Harrell & Jane Donaldson because Dempsey Harrell
moved from Decatur County, GA to Early County, GA. Dempsy's daughter, Mary A.
(Harrell) Roberts, is listed on the same page as Emeline Fenn in 1860, so they might be sisters. I don't see Madison and William Fenn with this family in 1860 - just four daughters. In 1850, they have a son (William - under one year old). Ages in the 1850 census were John Fenn (age 21, born in Georgia) and Emeline Fenn (age 20, born in Georgia). Ages in the 1860 census were John
Fenn (age 30, born in GA) and Emeline Fenn (age 30, born in GA).
. Where would Madison & William be in 1860 if this is Emeline & John Fenn? This is all so confusing
because John Fenn's father did live in Early County, Georgia too.
And John's mother, Martha Fenn, was living in Early County, GA with her daughter Melvina in 1850.
So before they moved to Alabama they had young William and four daughters
which we have no trace of, then another William born in 1855, Thomas, Madison, Ida

Now it's obvious that Anna(Annie) has to be older than 19. We know that Carrie(Carro) is about 8. My guess at this point is that Anna is at least 23.
Because of the location and the estimated age I think this is Anna(Annie) in 1880:
